    Hmm...
    .. its not risky, what if the person doesnt even kno that sythe exists but just mispelled scythe. jagex cant assume, they have to know in order to ban.

    Hmm...
    They would ban him then he would appeal saying its a miss spell and they would change the name. its happened to one of my mates before.
