idk if this is the right spot but is this allowed to do?

I rented this account for a 3 hour session after the 2nd hour he asked to get on in the middle of my win streak and do 1 stake of his own. i left 20m on the account and let him do it. he asked if he could use my money to stake i said 1m and he used 8m lost and had to return my money from another world wasting more time. i decided it was bad customer service and wanted a refund which he refused. i have plenty of screen shots to back up any claims.

I wanted to know if I could stake on my own account and chuck my own gold into it... He said sure, I did 3 stakes instead of 1 and it took +2 minutes. He still got his 1 hour of usage time and I never denied him that. I thought it'd take longer if I traded over the +8m from my 2nd account so I used his and immediately after I lost I gave him the replacement from my own account. That might be bad customer service for some, but I never broke any rules... I gave him the gold straight back. I'm amazed customers whine after making 350m off my account...
