Explain the service: I run a maxed OSRS account renting service (found here: http://www.sythe.org/other-services/1756350-andrews-maxed-osrs-rental-service.html), he abused my terms of service, dropped my bank and took the items needed for staking (DDS, abyssal tentacle)
