Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
A lot if irrelevant points were sprinkled all over this case. The main things I would like to address are:

1. I never denied another UID being listed on my page for secretary purposes, Not to finalize trades

2. I made my policy very clear on my posts, and in my signature that I did not want to proceed with
any trades under any circumstances WITHOUT A SYTHE PM

3. MOST IMPORTANTLY It is the anchor policy, the industry standard of sythe TOS and always has been, to send a PM to confirm who is being spoken to, even if there is external communication on platforms such as discord, with a template where both users provide chat transcripts and give official confirmation of identity association, and the terms of agreement on a trade they are both happy with executing.

To top all of that off, it's also very clear from the dm logs sent to my secretaryWatch ChatLog 2025-08-28 100129 | Streamablethat the information that was never officially requested, on the account the other provider wanted to offer for inspection was never valid, and 2 minutes AFTER the provider is claiming their account was imported, the email and password combo provided said INVALID not "this account does not exist" meaning at the time of the actual import accusation the account they were pretending to offer up for inspection was still a legacy. They also lied about being contacted first by my secretary, the link above also proves that. Their story is full of holes, one of the first posts on their feedback page explains how sketchy they are , and they've intentionally hidden their vouch page by having it redirect to sythe.com instead of the true linkAbch vouches and reviewsThey fabricated this entire scam claim simply because I have feedback and reviews and I've been around a while, so in their eyes I'm more likely to pay a forced pardon if they can manipulate the mods into believing their claims. They did not provide sufficient evidence, they did not provide a pm which is REQUIRED for a trade to actually be established on this platform since the dawn of its creation. my signature is no longer visible while I am banned but I even myself in my TOS require a pm for trades. it's sythes official TOS for a dispute to be created for terms of trade to be established. they never were. that could not be more clear in this situation. This case was not handled properly, it was skimmed and tossed aside because a lot of the newer mods don't care about making fair, just decisions, they just want to take opportunities to make excuses for people to pay pardon fees.
