Need advice... regarding Fult Tilt Poker.

I just deposited money into my account, as soon as I verify my social, the program crashes. Then I can't log onto my account, so I request a pw change. Still dosen't work. I emailed them, and EXPECT a response by tommarow. The funny thing is is that I know they don't scam as I have deposited a bunch of times before. When I say open a case at my bank, I can do that right? If it went through I can get my money back and open a case right? Need your advice.

Whenever I confirmed my social security, the program crashed and wouldn't let me sign in with my password. I requested a new one and it still wouldn't work. My account name is ------. Could I have my 100$ or... could you actually help me. I am going to go to my bank tomorrow and see if it went through. If it did I am opening a case up about this unless you fix this problem in the next 24 hours. I'm not trying to be mean but if your program fails like this AFTER I DEPOSIT MONEY into then I WANT MY MONEY BACK. As in case I mean scam. If you can fix this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before I go to my bank that would be great, If not then whatever happens, happens..

Wow, odd. I haven't used this program, is it a web-app? If not, maybe it got corrupted and you should try a reinstall?

EDIT: Do you think I can get my money back and file a complaint on these guys, PLUS their fucking customer support sucks FUCKING BALLS.

 

You will probably get a refund if they can't resolve the issue, but if they're reputable then I'm sure that they will sort it out eventually.

 

I used to play PKR poker... u should call, or file a complaint, then switch to this one its much better trust me..

 

I agree call them, and then switch to pokerstars lol.
