An auto clicker for iPhone?

Hi I recently purchase the app "Cloud Browse" which basically allows you to play java games on your apple device. I decided to use it to play runescape while I'm away from my computer (LOL SMH IRL). While I was playing I considered the idea of useing a simple auto clicker (basically multiple taps in one location on my iPhone) so that I can perform tasks in the game. The problem is I don't know how to get something like this. Would anyone help me find some program or method for auto clicking on my iPhone? It also needs to work inside another app. I will jailbreak my iPhone if I have to.

you might as well just download an autoclicker inside the app. Garyshood is pretty good.

Do they charge for Cloud Browser now, I remember using it a few years ago I think playing Habbo Hotel lol.
