paypal help

ok today i applied for memberschip on rs for 1month.i had the money on my paypal acc but when i login and then do the payment they say that i need to add a credit card :s but i don't have any ...but if i add one what happens then ?plz try to answer to the following questions

1.what happens if i add a credit card?
2.if i pay,wil the payment go through the added card ?
3.why do i have to add a card ?

You can still pay with the money on your paypal account. Paypal requires you to add a CC if you want to send money though

only if you choose for it to. You can choose between money on your account and on your Credit Card

Cuz paypal wants to verify you or something, there stupid

Not really true... you can pay with paypal even if you didnt add a CreditCard or Bank Account
I have bought shit loads of stuff

(Rs membership, WoW gold, Rs items) and my account isnt Verified.
Never had any problems with buying/selling stuff

 

I dont see why'd you need to be verified (meaning add a CC) to send money.. but yea if you add one chances are it'll fix your problem
