Which violation you are reporting the user for: using a company account to help competition on an irl difamatory case that is being fixed, during what would be the last 2 days of his last paid week, this after 2 weeks of being lazy at work and being offered 4 days to get to work, on the second day he was found trying to poach clients from my vip discord. he then proceeded to delete all his messages with me after blocking me. you can check his vouche tread amplearchitect's Vouches where i started to hire his services, i also have several profs of me asking him to please use the facebook account called swamer cm for his work. https://i.imgur.com/hcAHZb8.jpg this is the oldest mention in our now empty chat.

now to the violation, he used said acc that was made specifically for being the cm of my business hence the name swamer cm, to incite him to go harder agains me in his difamatory atempts, imgur.com that was yesteday. and just 1 day after being told that he needed to give it all and actually work to keep the paid job that he held for more than 3 months he decided to just work 1 day and make another discord and start trying to poach clients. https://i.imgur.com/7KfCeIk.jpg this while still being on a paid schedule


Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: unetical business practices, use of company property to incite competition and trying to get me in trouble locally.

Hi, i proceed to delete all my messages (even on Sythe discord my IRL pics) and block you (and all of your employes) to avoid any doxxing or black-hat activity coming from your side due many dramas going on the venezuelan farming groups about you.

The facebook/discord account used to Manage your communities has been kicked after being fired. I can't do nothing and i don't want to be in there again or work.

Current people on your VIP discord can be found on multiple forums.

If Swamer (Swamer#1964 - UID: 121022753368178688) is threatening you with lawyers/police/defamation IRL he can post that in here as a Violation and probably get banned. Having the proofs ofc.

I'm free to talk with w/e i want in the Venezuelan farming community even if they are your competition i don't care cuz i am not working for you anymore.

 

So I just see 2 things

1: He's pissed off cuz i was making another discord group and fired/kick me instantly for that.
(Remember that ppl/buyers can be found in many forums around they are not your property lol...)

2: Now he got more pissed cuz im telling someone else how to report him here due his dramas in the venny farming community.

 

You were still on a paid week, while still working for me after being given the last chance to actually work you only had truly work for 4 days cuz you wanted to keep your job "coincidently all of that was erased on your part but not mine can post them here if admins need them, and just the second day you were already making another discord.

You quote drama on another platform that just today 2 days after the whole issue got fixed as it was proveen the dude was in fact trying to scam me. and used an account that you made for me and my proyect. that has my name on it to contact the dude telling him to bring that here. why didnt you use your own account ? and even now this would be still in your paid work time if i didn't fire you.

 

Still gladly will answer anything the admins demand, screenshots, conversations on my part since the getleman decided to delete his side of the events. and so on

 

I think that Mr. Swamer is unethical in accusing the friend, who only gave me a recommendation to publish his problem with me, which offered me one thing and ended by saying that he never offered me that thing, where there are records of the two offers he made me 1 for buying a group with 1000 followers, and another job offer paid per day, it should be noted that the group had a term of 2 months to 3 months limit (before the launch of Shadow Lands (SL) as seen in the following video All the chats of him offering to pay me 300 $ to upload the group on September 28, and the job offer was for 30 days! On September 29, it should be noted that he tried to scare me by saying that he was going to place me as a defamer and scammer in the The same group that gave him with 467 followers (I did not receive any payment for said group) I only received payment for 12 days of work, concretized of 15 days elapsed.

I stopped working per day due to problems with clients and payment delays in addition to low season for farmers, but I did not tell him that I was going to stop working the group to reach 1000 followers, the pe asks the group when it goes in 467 , and he tells me that I do not deserve payment, because the growth of the group was thanks to him and not to my work, I have proof of all this in case you like to see them I pass them to some administrator of this forum

 

Not to mention that the majority and I even dare to say that all the wow retail clients that this Mr. Swamer manages is thanks to me, who recommended him and referred a large number of clients to him, this man is the very snake that attacks the helping hand

 

again, this whole issues is not that, is you building a secondary community while still being paid by me, and using a company acc made for me while being paid by me, to try and get me into trouble here =/ you do realize that ? who would hire a worker like that ? =/ after seeing that not me.

 

can post chat logs that show he infact asked for 300$, and then tried to push me into paying 600 by saying i was a scammer, in fact, ample why he took down most of his posts after me publishing the logs of the chat, oh and above that those logs where taken out of a youtube video he made to "expose me" and ended up exposing himself. now that it is sorted, lets not deviate from the main issue, you making a secondary community maliciously while still being on paid time, and then after being found out and fired, you decided to use an account made for my company, that i paid for and after being fired you had no right to use. to try and fuck me over xD. heance the title of the post unethical behaviour.

Let me correct the image of what is published here is what I wrote to my recommended to make my complaint by this means, since in the facebook groups it was affecting people who had nothing to do with your lack of words! and the question would be who is going to want to work with you, not the other way around, a person who promises and promises, and does not accomplish anything!

 

so, you using a company account that i paid for, to tell my competition something that would bring drama here just like this, isnt uneathical. you making a secondary discord for the purpose of just dumping me, instead of resigning and doing it, or even just working and ending your contract. isnt unethical ?

 

I would like to know from an administrator, if I can publish the images where he makes me the 2 offers, since in those images you can see his social network of FB and I think it is against the policies of the forum

in here you can see himself quoting 300$ for a month of work, all included. can post the youtube video where this was taken from where he himself narrates the incident.

 

so, for all to see, suddently the person who was making drama appeared, literally this 4 posts. what do you think happened guys ?

to resume the matter even more, after 2 weeks of difficient work due to several venezuelan issues "power, internet, etc" i paid him 140$ that he asked for himself, to just be blocked 2 days after and start seeing all around that i owed you 600$ and that you wanted to get back the people you were paid for to bring to the group, and that the only reason why you didnt get paid today was because you quitted out of your own volition.

 

someone is avoiding the main issue of this post by just bringing drama that isnt related to this post, and all are seeing it. so glad you keep doing it
