Help with runescape please

Im having issues resetting my password.

Is there a glitch or issue going on with this at the moment or what should i do.

How long since you made the request? Sometimes their servers are slow.

 

Some services don't ever actually give you a reset email for your account. I've tried on one of my emails to my account and it never got the mail sent like it said and i tried numerous times to have it resent so i changed the email to the account to a different provider and then I got the email from jagex to reset my password. It's more or so a bug/glitch on their end. It's also stated in their player support. Change your email if its like a outlook/hotmail email try a gmail account or mail.com email and it will work.
