I got reported for being a member of Hackforums?

Someone posted a scam report on me for being a member of Hackforums:

I don't read any rules against being a member of another forum. I have been dealing online for around 4 years and have never had a scam report.

I've run a website buying and reselling Microsoft points/Xbox Live codes. I've exchanged over $10,000 Liberty Reserve before my Paypal was limited. I've done it all and never scammed a single person.

What do I do on Hackforums?

Feel 100% free to look through every post I've ever posted on Hackforums and you will see, I'm just there for the marketplace. You will see I joined for some deals involving Microsoft points. Then you will see I got into exchanging and had people trust me up to $700 (done two deals of $700 each with other side going first with irreversible currency, first with $700 LR to PP and other time with $700 WU to LR). Then after my paypal got closed, I went into a business of selling movie tickets and just recently made a homework service.

I just got back into Runescape because I'm expanding my online dealing to include Runescape as Runescape discussion is 100% forbidden on Hackforums.

So I can assure you, I have no hacking abilities or interests, have never scammed a single person ever, and will never scam a single person ever.

 

Being affiliated with sites like that will get you banned. Sythe does not let people who are interested in hacking and the like participate on this forum. Which means being related to anything that has to do with hacking, meaning your membership on Hackforums.

 

I believe that isn't correct. I asked a moderator, and he said it is fine as long as I'm not involved in malicious activity. Also thread was closed now for the same reason so I guess this thread can die.

People just like to try and get people they don't like banned. I am a member of hack forums as well as just about any other site i come across. If you're not doing anything stupid or attempting to hack or fuck with anyone, you're fine. Just don't have an interest in doing things that aren't approved of on this site.

I joined hack forums because I do a lot with cable modem upcapping and the like. Some people on there are very knowledgeable and good resources for information pertaining to the topic.

 

Really, the subject is iffy. I've seen it go both ways, because some people are legitimately on hack forums and aren't interested in keylogging everyone they meet, but on how to remove viruses, or for other communities (CSS hacks, Xbox ect.)

Don't take my word for it, but if you weren't blatantly interested in keylogging / phishing RAT on HF you should be fine.
