Sounds like this guy worked for a cartridge comany or something and just kept one every time a release was made

 

Who says hoarding doesn't pay?

 

Who spends a million dollars on video games? Who has all the storage for those games? Ridiculous

 

That's one hell of a collection, I'd really love some of the games. He must have really wanted it, and I wonder how long the user has been collecting.

Someone actually bought that? Wow that's crazy. He had to of worked at a gaming company or something otherwise I have no idea why he would buy every single game ever released.

 

It's definitely an impressive collection, that's for damn sure. I wish I could have something like that hanging around.

 

Probably bought the game(s) when they were about to be phased out and got it cheaper.

Another issue I found is he bought the games from Japan and/or France. Those countries both release their titles under cheaper prices compared to North America, we pay roughly $40-60 for a new game, where they pay like $20-30 which if you have this many games, is a lot of savings.

 

o.0... As the Lonely Island Crew said "I Just Jizzed in my pants!", but seriously though that is an amazing collection.

Edited: Also just to mention after reading Doriankings post, the guy is from France which is why he bought most of the games from there.

Impressive collection, but some people are that sad to spend that amount of money on games. Anyone notice the shipping costs are 1,000 Euros?

Absolutely amazing, who knew a game-collecting hobby would turn out to be a 1 million euro payout, 1.2m dollars is crazy. wonder how much he spent acquiring the collection so we work out his actual profit from this.

 

I would love to be his son.. If he has one.

 

Assuming he bought them at original release probably around $100k-$200k?

I mean seriously considering he collected every game for most of the consoles, that's crazyyyyyyy! Honestly I want to know who bought it
