User keeps reselling the same accounts. Has scammed at least two people if not more.

He clearly had ownership due to the fact that not only are they different images of the same account, but he posted additional proof the account that couldn't have been taken from Boss' thread. Also, 46xpp was banned as a result of reselling this account to Kfcswagger, which confirms the account was recovered. This can be confirmed here:

Today he claims he's never spoken to Kmast before and no scam took place.
Less than a week ago, he sold the account to Kmast and vouched confirming the sale took place. Obviously he wouldn't be acting this way and claiming no trade took place if he hadn't recovered the account from Kmast.

He has continued to put the same accounts up for sale time and again, probably scamming a number of people. Fortunately Dunworry was the MM for the trade with Kmast so he should be able to confirm if need be, although i'm sure this is more than enough to ban him. Created threads shows he continues to re-sell the same accounts:
