    Amazon order problem

    I ordered on Amazon on August 31st.
    It is now October 20th and I still have not received my item.
    The person just keeps moving the shipping date back and he put it as already shipped so I can't cancel the order.
    Live chat is no help at all, they just keep giving me bullshit answers.
    What am I supposed to do with these retards?
    It feels like I'm talking to a chinese gold seller now.
    Here's my Live Chat log with them:

    I ordered something and I have not received it after a month and a half. The date of delivery would keep changing.3:20:59 PM
