Its still very close to the name of the skill. So i imagine its rare.

 

I highly doubt it's considered as rare, or will bring in a large sum of $. Report this if you wish, but it's better that you realise it's not worth alot before you turn down reasonable offers.

if nothing else pur3, they have a thread in the forums saying what a "rare" name is :/ names with numbers are under the list of what is NOT a rare by the def of these forums...

This is far from worth as much as a "Rare Account" as it has numbers in it, which isn't considered as rare
