Am I still allowed to sell accounts even if I'm not the original owner?

Hey, is it possible to sell accounts even if I am not the original owner of them?
In my circumstance I have a bunch of accounts that I am the ''owner'' of but I did not create them from my own (bought from a batch of pre-made accounts). The accounts were created on junk e-mails and I created the e-mails by hand (gmx.com & outlook.com) and assigned them many months after the accounts were created.

Would this still count as me being the original owner, or because I didn't create the accounts myself would I not be considered the original owner? I know this might be confusing, but would appreciate your help, if you have any questions ask me here, and I'll try to clarify if I have missed anything.

Correct, you are still allowed to sell them but you can't claim original ownership.
