Am I Gonna Get Scammed?

I ordered a fire cape off of "owain jones" on friday. i had to delay it to sunday morning though. its now 2:47pm and the last time i talked to him was saturday morning,and he hasn't been on since. i see hes a grandmaster and all, but i really just don't want to get scammed $25. any ideas? http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=393998
