Detect an image, then clicking on that image?

I'm 100% new to Visual Basic, and I've only made one simple program before - by following a tutorial.

I was wondering how I could make it so that everytime it sees this image, it clicks on it.

    E.g.
I have 5 PNG or BMP image files, everytime it sees one of these, it moves the mouse towards it and clicks on it.

    Thank you <3

    How's $15 - $20.

I'm looking for the VB to do this:
Scans screen and clicks on any image it can find from its collection.

and looking to expand on it.

    Not sure but I'm using:
    Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition.

Can use the other program if needed.

Well i can code it in Visual Basic .NET 2010 (only version i have on this computer) but it will cost you a fair bit more than $20.

    OR

You can download (for free) my Visual basic 6 function for it, along with Cruel's and Joewnn's.

This thread contains my sources - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7816791
Download the file under "Source Code Library", Extract it then go to General > Find Bitmap Related and choose which one.

You can use any framework version as long as the version is lower than the one which is primarily used by Visual Studio 2010, which is version 4.0.
To program it so that Visual Studio 2008 users can use the source just change the settings in project configuration.
Create a new project, look at solution explorer and double click 'My Project'. Select compile tab, scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Advanced Compile Options' then change the framework version from the dropdown (where it says 'Target Framework:')
I think Visual Studio 2008 uses framework version 3.5. Any lower than that and it will try and convert it to 3.5.
