Please do not consider this spam I am trying to warn all commuinitys out there.

I am not Liam, I am posting this for my friend who I was helping try to win back his money or the account and I myself feel they are being VERY unfair

Information:
[The ban was not a RWT ban but a macro ban]
[If this is in the wrong section please move it for me]
First off I will be posting this on multiple sites as a warnign so please do not consider it spam I just do not see why I should re-type all this.

Okay heres the story, I paid for gold farming from RSGOLDSELL.COM (COMPLETE SCAMMERS)

They got me around 36M then I was banned for macroing, The last time I macro'd on my account was over a year ago so the chance of that is improbbable.

I was told i could recieve a full refund, I asked if it was possible to get an account instead (Reasonable right? I chose one that was worth $236 on their site, Waiittt, I should tell you I lost 10 years of work and my level 131 with a load of quests done (Over 270 QP)

99-99-98 with 99 hp 97 mage 87 range 70 prayer and non combat sklls level 60+ mostly 80.

I was told to contact their manager ... 9 days no reply, Contacted another rep "Anna" who said I couldn't recieve a refund or compensation she offered me 60-60-70 with 80 range she also said I would need to pay the difference, This is obserd I am tell myself a complete swindle!

My friend did say he would personally pay me $450 for my account awhile ago (off topic I know) I would also say RSCA price it was worth maybe... $350? It was a great main easily could of gotten quest cape and I'm not much of a quester I do it in my stride.

Here is my most reason chat with 'Susan'

Liam R H S Jones:
As under the sale of goods and services acts 1982, You did not complete a service, you broke your guarantees twice.
Susan:

Susan:
anna is the only one who can resolve this
Liam R H S Jones:
I tried reasoning with Anna, who was less than helpful.
Susan:

Liam R H S Jones:

Liam R H S Jones:

Liam R H S Jones is now on-line. Currently in room: Susan, Liam R H S Jones.
Liam R H S Jones:
Yes you did.
Liam R H S Jones:
You offered me a refund or compensation.
Liam R H S Jones:
I have initated a dispute to grab your managers attention.
Liam R H S Jones:
If you really want me to tell you the law, I am able to do so.
Susan:
have to say sorry
Susan:
then
Susan:
we got no way to accept your requiremtn at all
Liam R H S Jones:
Under the Goods and Services act of 1982, You are obligated to give me a full refund AND as you broke your guarantee I am intitled to bonus compensation.
Liam R H S Jones:
If you need me to prove this I may link you.
Susan:
No thank u
Liam R H S Jones:
So you know the law?
Liam R H S Jones:
and you know refusing me a refund or compensation you are breaking it.
Susan:
Yes we do
Susan:
Bye and good luck
Liam R H S Jones:
So you understand that?
Susan:
sure
Liam R H S Jones:
I don't think you do.
Liam R H S Jones:
One moment let me paste a little entry under the sales of goods and services acts 1982.
Liam R H S Jones:
"• If a supplier of a service breaches the conditions of a contract (for example by failing to carry out the work ordered) the consumer has a choice either to affirm the contract (treat it as still in existence) and claim compensation from the trader for his failure to carry out what was agreed or rescind (cancel) the contract."
Liam R H S Jones:
Also
Liam R H S Jones:
• If the supplier does not carry out the work with reasonable care and skill the law treats the matter as a breach of contract and the consumer can seek redress. Often reasonable compensation in these circumstances will be repair or replacement.
Liam R H S Jones:
Oh look another.
Liam R H S Jones:
• Any goods supplied in the course of the service must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. If they are not the consumer is entitled to a repair, replacement or compensation.
Liam R H S Jones:
Also, Anna said you had losses also.
Liam R H S Jones:
• A supplier of a service who has broken a contract may also be liable for any consequential loss which is suffered by the consumer. Ultimately it would be for the courts to decide whether or not a breach of contract has occurred and the redress, in the form of damages (compensation), to which a consumer might be entitled.
Liam R H S Jones:
So you understand you have breached all of those?
Liam R H S Jones:
Do you?
Liam R H S Jones:
Susan, I am trying to be fair here.
Liam R H S Jones:
I only disputed I did not ask for a refund as of yet.
Liam R H S Jones:
I am wanting the attention of your manager which is all I need.
Liam R H S Jones:
I emailed him 9 days ago, No reply, I spoke to Anna who wouldn't help me.
Susan:
Anna is the one who will resolve this
Liam R H S Jones:
She won't help me.
Susan:
manager won't be here anyway
Liam R H S Jones:
I've tried being fair.
Liam R H S Jones:
Honestly Susan, I've tried.
Liam R H S Jones:
I even asked her for just a refund.
Liam R H S Jones:
She said she wont do it.
Susan:
refund is inpossible anyway
Liam R H S Jones:
Really?
Susan:
as we make refund within 12 hours only after ythe payment
Liam R H S Jones:
You're telling me it's impossible.
Susan:
we got our regulations as well
Liam R H S Jones:
Susan, Read up.
Susan:
You must be miunderstood
Liam R H S Jones:
No, I did not.
Liam R H S Jones:
You did not finnish my order.
Liam R H S Jones:
You broke your guarantee.
Liam R H S Jones:
You also, went out of the timeframe I was guaranteed.
Susan:
I never told u we will refund
Liam R H S Jones:
And as the law of Goods and services act of 1982 states.
Liam R H S Jones:
YOU must refund or compensate.
Susan:
bye then
Liam R H S Jones:
And yes you did.
Susan:
We can not accept your requirement
Liam R H S Jones:
Really you're not going to defend your business?
Liam R H S Jones:
Then, I may take this further
Liam R H S Jones:
as YOu ahve breached the sales and services act of 1982.
Liam R H S Jones:
Several breaches.
Susan:
Bye
Susan:
can do no help then
Susan:
i tried my best
Susan:
already
Liam R H S Jones:
Susan, You haven't tried anything!
Liam R H S Jones:
You've told me to contact Anna.
Liam R H S Jones:
I did that, No help.
Liam R H S Jones:
You told me to contact your manager.
Liam R H S Jones:
That didn't help.
Liam R H S Jones:
I recieved no reply from your manager
Liam R H S Jones:
and I emailed 9 days ago.
Liam R H S Jones:
So please do not sit there and lie to me.
Liam R H S Jones:
You did NOT try your best.
Liam R H S Jones:
Susan, please read this.
Liam R H S Jones:
• If a supplier of a service breaches the conditions of a contract (for example by failing to carry out the work ordered) the consumer has a choice either to affirm the contract (treat it as still in existence) and claim compensation from the trader for his failure to carry out what was agreed or rescind (cancel) the contract.
Liam R H S Jones:
• If the supplier does not carry out the work with reasonable care and skill the law treats the matter as a breach of contract and the consumer can seek redress. Often reasonable compensation in these circumstances will be repair or replacement.
Liam R H S Jones:
• Any goods supplied in the course of the service must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. If they are not the consumer is entitled to a repair, replacement or compensation.

Ultimately it would be for the courts to decide whether or not a breach of contract has occurred and the redress, in the form of damages (compensation), to which a consumer might be entitled.
Liam R H S Jones:
So do not sit there and say i am not liable for a refund when I clearly am.
Liam R H S Jones:
I am just telling you, Your company has 20 days to reply or agree to my conditions before it is taken further.

I offered them to do 80M gold farming on my other account instead of a refund or the account.

Question is do you think I am being fair?
