[Questions] Goldfarming / Selling Service

I have some questions regarding this, as I would like to start a service of my own soon.

1. What is the current going rate one million rsgp?
2. There are currently no public transfer methods that I know of, but yet the large goldfarming / selling services are still going. Do they use a private method of some sort?
3. If so, would I be able to get a hold of one somehow? How? I am hoping to become trusted soon, will a percentage of my gains be enough?
4. A large goldfarming / selling business will have a lot of purchases, do they have to transfer the gold all by themselves each time to each person? Or how does it work exactly?
5. In your opinion, which is better? Selling gold / gold farming or a training service (for gold and levels).

Obviously goldfarming doesn't require any transfer. Usually the person would either get the person recieving to do something which requires two people. Or he'll log on both accounts and do it himself.

Probably gold farming. Since usually with gold farming it's cheaper, and you can gain levels with it also.

2. They don't usually transfer money but gold farm on your account. Usually by killing monsters and such.
3. As above.
4. Well usually most people have 2 or more people doing the transferring, so you either multi log on or do it with a friend.
5. Skill training just for the fact is requires a lot less work.
