    Recommended creatine brands?

Hey, so I was wondering what the top brands are for creatine supplements.

I tried to google it but the results were pages and pages of shady sites, so if anyone knows legit brands and can link me here that would be great :D

    Thanks

Cytosport is good but have you used any supplements before? If not, start a few months off with whey protein. You should honestly save creatine for when you're at the top of your game. Don't start with it.

Back when I used it I just used Higher Power or the generic gnc brand. (Assuming you're talking about mono)

Creatine is pretty cheap, and you won't be gaining much by buying a more expensive brand. (Again, assuming you mean mono)

    No I haven't :p
Why should I start using creatine when I'm at the top of my game, does it make a difference if I start it now in preseason? :X

Not exactly, it's like a lesser & legal version of steroids.

Creatine volumizes muscles and prevents contraction. If you're not in great physical shape it won't do much to get you where you want to be. For now, if you want to get buff/ripped/stronger just drink muscle milk before (or don't), stay hydrated with a sports drink like Gatorade, Powerade, or Cytomax (I used Cytomax). Use whey protein for post-workouts. Your body is really sensitive to protein after workouts and you'll get the best results.

You can use creatine, but you'll get way more out of it if you lose the fat and get your body in good physical shape before.
