how to unlock your wow acc?

Recently a person hacked my account on wow and I recovered it, I logged on and my account was locked =_=.
I sent them like 2/account recovery tickets already through the website and still blizzard
thinks my account is compromised.

Is there anyway to unlock it ? should I call them or something?

 

Never heard of a WoW account being locked. They may have suspected rwt, if so there is nothing you can do to get it back.

Try calling them and say you were hacked and whatnot. As long as you are the original owner and have an ID you should get it back.

 

wow accounts are locked all the time. it is when an account is recovered via phone and withen i believe 48 hours the account is once again recovered due to being stolen. blizzard will lock the account until they have physical evidence of original owner (ex: photo id)

 

Thats all true but you can call the support line and if you give them enough creditable information(Most likely security question and Auth Keys) they will unlock the account depending on what it was locked for.

 

Just call them. You'll have to send them proof that you're whomever the account is under.

 

HMM, i could send my cd keys or my address you reckon thats enough evidence?
BTW is there a fee to call them or free? My accoutn got locked cause of some idiot hacked =_= dam

 

No there is no Fee for calling but their Support lines may be Closed because they run very limited hours espcially on the weekend. Also if you give them your CD Keys and Address that should be enough for them to unlock it. Good luck.

 

Since it's locked the only way you can get it unlocked is providing proof that you're the owner as in ID proof or birth certificate.I once had to unlock my account. Seems to me you're the hacker unless you put some random name or don't feel like providing proof which is nonsense, no offense.

 

You can use your CD keys I believe instead of the secret question. Address proves nothing since it is there when you log in on battle.net. If you've got an ID scan it and send it to them. Call them first though, maybe you'll be able to talk your way through it.

I am the legit owner just some dude keylogged me and stole my password and played on my account so please do not assume Im the hacker. I set my original name and yes my real information including my phone number, home adress and other pesonal information+ i have the cd keys and etc so how can I not be the original owner =_=.

 

use your cd keys, + secret questions

 

One time they required a secret question and got my account for me, another time I had to send in government identification and fill out a form.

Try calling them first and they'll tell you what to do.
