Regarding the Scamming Ban of the User- "oops u fail"

I havn't even read the dispute, it might be a load of shit for all I know, I was just asked to post it.

Dear Sythe.org Staff and Community, About 3-4 possibly 5 weeks ago; I, Oops u fail Was banned for Scamming. After a small altercation with a few friends and my brothers about how i was banned without being corrupt, It came to my attention that one of my 2 older brothers had committed this crime. Although they had done this, that person was re-imbursed form that. Although, i do not believe I deserve this permanent ban Sentence. Possibly a TWC or such. Now that all this has happened, i realize i need to become more cautious when using this site and MSN. 3 years ago my father passed away which had hit my brothers very hard so they found a way to keep the thought of it out of their system by making themselves feel better, scamming. Luckily I was the rational one who realised one day we will see eachother again and not to be down on it, life goes on.
I believe I helped the community out a great deal. 30+ pins sold and a great deal of training done for all. Although, this thread will most likely not be read by a mod in... forever, I need to get back to sythe due to the fact it is what kept myself out of trouble irl, and I miss the community itself, it has been a long few weeks away.
