Report/post/reason that got you banned: more possible market manipulation

I got banned for doing infernal capes in another server that also has an infernal thread,
specifically got banned for handling tickets (quoting price etc inside ticket)

From what I understand it's allowed to do infernal capes for multiple servers that all have their own thread actively bumped, as long as you only have minimal involvement in the ticket:
Just sending gear pictures, communicating time when available and sending info on how to get ready
Whilst the ticket staff quotes price and takes payment and does the initial talking to the customer

I admit to ocassionally having quoted price in tickets and doing the initial talking to customers when a new infernal ticket was opened

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was actually banned for the same reason in august 2022, although back then I wasn't aware of not being able to handle the ticket myself. Since then I had told the servers I did infernal capes for about the rules and that I can't quote/handle ticket myself. At the time this was in PoG and OSRS Machines.

PoG handled it well and had ticket staff do the quoting/taking payment and handling ticket.
Machines was kinda messy, often times I was still expected to quote price and or handle the ticket, which I refused to do and resulted in many tickets being wasted to poor communication/no response.
I honoured the rules and let others handle the ticket, until december 2022 when I decided to just
leave both machines and pog (partly due to not wanting to get in trouble again with market manipulation somehow, especially with how machines server still didn't really have a system to handle tickets for me yet and also due to being busy irl and wanting to just do capes in my own server only if anything)

Till 28-4-2023 I was only working in my own server not doing capes anywhere else, then machines messaged me asking if I was available for a cape since his current worker was unavailable for a while.

After a month of doing capes in machines server again there have been multiple tickets
where I had quoted the price of the cape and done initial talking with customers.
I did this, because nobody else was helping in the ticket and I didn't want to ignore the customers.
Many times both the customer and me were literally waiting for any staff to reply so we could get started, so I took it into my own hands and started handling the ticket to not waste either of our time.
Still I understand that this is not an excuse and I broke the rules.

At this point I'm fine with just working in my own server only to prevent this from ever happening again.
