Well as I needed a list myself, I decided to go ahead and compile one and post it on sythe for others as I couldn't find one.

The indentions "--->" mean subquests or prequests needed for the above quest. The more dashes it has, the earlier you will need to do that quest in order to finish one with less dashes.

This list includes ALL Attack/Defence/Prayer xp rewards listed beside the quest as well. It is in a fairly easy to read format:

GET THE MONKEY MADNESS EXPERIENCE. It is amazing experience for HP and Strength at that level, and still fits in perfectly with your quested experience! Make sure you choose to specialize in Strength and Stamina though, NOT Attack and Defence.

Not sure on exactly how much defense xp exactly this will get you, can check, give me one second.

Edit: Calculated xp rewards. Initial set will grant you 37 defence. If you want the ancient curses, they will make you 41 defence.

 

Good list, would be nice if you add the stat requirement to finish all those quest.

Added in defence xp calculations and edited in my last post, as well as original after each section.

I thought about adding in skill requirements but it would have to be individual quest requirements and would clutter the guide.

i did this when I was 2 def and I ended with 40 defence..
then got 41 from between a rock (sub quest for handcannon)

also olaf's quest gives def xp if you wanted to add that too
because you should never just train the last 43-45 def levels
all should be quested

 

Why would you do olaf's quest?

 

Just be level 42-43. Don't waste the EXP doing a worthless quest. Having a zerker help doesn't make that much of a difference; just be 42 for Void Armour.

 

I prefer my zerker helm, but if you don't want it, simply stay at 42 for void as stated. If you do want it, do Olaf's or train, up to you, doesn't matter either way.

 

Also, you do not necessarily have to get prayer exp from Priest in Peril. You have the option of dropping/depositing the reward bones.

Between a rock (optional for Hand-cannon), In Search of the Myreque (good shortcut for barrows), and The Blood Pact (if they want sling, and are too lazy to pay for arrows)?

 

These are not required for a zerker, I posted the quests simply "required" to have a typical "perfect" zerker pure.
