You need to read a couple of sig tutorials to learn the basics. The editing on the eyes don't look great at all, one reason it's abnormal. Also you missed the back parts of the hair. It's a decent start but can be worked on so don't give up.

 

The back part of the hair is meant to be blonde :/
It's different on either side of the pink line

And the eyes are meant to be abnormal, she's meant to be like a metamorphagus.. exaggerating the eye colour increases sense of mysteriousness, thus making people believe she has some sort of magic powers!
