Banned?

Hello, I was recently banned on sythe.
I looked into the reports, and i have been banned for Ban evading. Due to another person's account.

I looked into the other persons ban, and it appears someone had shown that the ip bring up IL.

I live in an apartment complex through in IL, and i am figuring that someone else has been banned through the apartment internet server.

Is there any way someone could look into this.
I recently got back into runescape, and simply wanted to buy gp and look at some accounts. I have no intentions of scamming or breaking any rules.

 

You're responsible for your IP. It's a home, direct match in IP. Not just a residential area.

So I am being banned due to someone else in my dorm having been previously banned on this website?

So i am being banned for the actions of someone else in the Dorm/Apartment Facilities, really anyone who even uses the guest computer in the quiet room.
We all Share Wifi through the University.

Please look into this.

 

You're consistently posting from the same IP match that matches the Doctor W account.

It hasn't changed throughout your dispute process and I'm inclined to believe you're just trying to deflect this.
