    Good question.

    As far as subnets go, I know many successfully botters who use consecutive IPs without chain ban issues.
    ex: xxx.xxx.xxx.192, xxx.xxx.xxx.193, xxx.xxx.xxx.194 is okay to use.

    In my opinion, proxies become unflagged after a couple weeks of no botting.
    Virmach & YourPrivateProxy have a very large pool of proxies over multiple subnets, the chances of you getting one that was used of RS botting in the recent past is a fraction of a percent. I haven't heard any mass complaints of issues.

    I beleive ProxyFish blacklists/doesn't resell any proxies that were used for RS botting in the past. So it's not an issue with them.
