I would obviously not report him for an invalid reason...Only thing I have against him is that he hasn't done any lvling at all for anyone and is trying to cover it all up... He wasn't necessarily rude or anything but just taking money and doing nothing... I'd either like my money back or some actual levels done because I highly doubt his bot could be down for 2 weeks =.=...If nothing is provided to me and everyone who's paid him, he should be banned for stealing money.

 

I have asked the user to refund you. Please confirm when he does.

In my opinion he's never going to so he should be banned... It's been nearly 3 weeks and that's a really long time for him to have done services...It's been over a week since when I've asked for the refund yet he hasn't refunded me...Lot's of time for him to have compensated me yet he hasn't.
