    Is this a good 200m time?

    Hey,

    Just had a track meet and ran a 25.05 pr at the meet, im in 8th grade is that any good?

    Is this a good 200m time?

    I would think so. Don't take it from me, but the best athletes of the world runs it around 20 seconds. Fastest being 19 seconds.

    I think an extra 5 seconds it pretty good.

    yeah 8th grade, im aiming for a 24.79 at counties, i ran a 25.05 with the lead

    Is this a good 200m time?

    I run D1 college (mid-distance) but thats not a bad time for an 8th grader. If you can get that down to 22-21s by junior/senior year in high school, you have a good chance of getting on a college team. We have guys on scholarship that are running low 21's now
