How do I solve these inequalitys?

-18 < 2(12-3b)

5p-3(p-6)≤0

Please post the steps to solving them too! Thanks :)

Solve it just like you would solve an equation (but if you multiple/divide by a negative number, you must flip the sign of the inequality)?

-18 < 2(12-3b)
-18 < 24 - 12b
0 < 42 - 12b
12b < 42
b < 3.5

5p - 3(p - 6) ≤ 0
5p - 3p + 18 ≤ 0
2p + 18 ≤ 0
2p ≤ -18
p ≤ -9

Bro, you did it wrong it isnt 12b in the 2nd step.. It's 6b use the distributive property.. Idk how you got 12 2*3b is 6b.. not 12b
