Scam report against Demsalesdoe

Explanation of the trade: Ok, so I saw this guy selling SS2GP $2 / 1b, so I decided to try and buy 5b for $10, I only had $9 so he said it was ok. So I sent him the money and I had some problems with pp about receiving and sending the money. HE REFUNDED THE MONEY AS IT GOT STUCK, so I tried sending again. He received the money and went to log into Soulsplit, he found out he was banned. He said he was going to get some gp soon, so he'll be able to pay me then and there. It was on Thursday when it was sent and I asked him when he'll get it. He replied with Saturday or Sunday at the latest, so I was working on Sunday and I got back early, he couldn't get the gp so he offered to refund and then he said his PP was limited. So I said ok I'll give him a few days, but he got his pp a few days after, so when I ask him to send the money, he said that he was going to send, then when he went back onto pp and tried to send the money, his pp was re-limited. It has almost been a week since I've sent the money and I've asked him for a refund. I just asked him when he could send the money, and he said his friend is giving him £20 to put on his new pp, so if he pays today then this thread can be locked.

How they scammed: Hasn't paid back the refund.

Ok, I've got some new evidence, this kid says his a scammer, yet I had the whole convo. He says he's an imposter, yet he still vouched me and refunded me?

Ok, so today I asked if he had the remaining gp, he said that he was an imposter, but it doesn't add up. I asked him to vouch me as I sent him gp and the transfer didn't go well, so I basically paid him.

He still vouched me and he's an apparent imposter?
