brandaddy scammed me

ok well im new to sythe and i was looking for an upgrade that was affordable with some vouches and i found brandaddy who had over 10 vouches which i thought was fine. he told me that his MM's were offline and he wouldnt go first, and i told him fine but ill give 5m first and 5m at the end he said no and said 8m at least so i said ok, i gave him 8m and he gave me the pin and told me to try, it didnt work and he told me to try in 2 days and it would work for sure and he wouldnt refund me, i talked to him the next 2 days trying to get information about how soon the pin will work and he ignored me both times. then after 3 days i PMed on sythe and told him that it doesnt work and he simply replied with "it still doesnt work" and i told him yeah and then he just ignored me again. its been 5 days now and hes been ignoring and the pin is still not working.

Unfortunately in that first photo, the MSN chat is blocking the trade screen so I am unable to see exactly what you were trading to him. Do you have another screen shot where the trade screen is visible, and a screenshot of the MSN chat where he confirms his RSN?

It would also be nice to see some PM's or any verbal exchange on the forums where you both agreed to trade. There is absolutely NO way you should have to wait around for 5 days after paying for an upgrade, but I cannot ban him without sufficient proof that he scammed you.

Please edit your post with the appropriate photos.

No, you could privately PM that to me if you wish. However, the PIN isn't really going to help much.I need you to read the stickies and read exactly what you need to file a successful report, and then get those pictures for me.

Unfortunately the picture you have provided blocks the trade screen so I can't see what you were trading, but you could make up for that if you provided me with screenshots of the conversation when he confirms his RSN, and acknowledges that he is accepting the money. Any private messages or posts on each other's threads would be helpful too, as they provide evidence that a transaction was agreed upon.

 

i did read and unfortunately i only took 3 screenshots as i am new to this and only when i was trading did my friend tell me to take screenshots in case but i didnt realise what i must show and what i must not show and the picture with the pin really doesnt help it just says the pin and he tells me how to use it and this is the picture of me PMing him that the pin is still not working.(thats all he said and never replied again)

PM me the sections of the conversation where he sends you the pin, and where you are applying it with no success please.

Ok, I received the images you sent me of him providing the pin. I am banning him for failing to provide you with a working upgrade, and if he wants to be unbanned he will have to reimburse you or provide you with a a working pin.

Next time, can you please document the entire transaction & read the stickies to make sure you have adequate proof?
