alex 007 not refunding current or NEXT order

He got my rs account banned for botting AND got banned on sythe. He doesnt wanna refund the CURRENT or NEXT order. I prepaid for the next order because he said his workers are in trouble and needed the money. Its been over a month since the job was started and his workers were playing 1-2 hours a day and taking weekends off in the beginning. The only fast job hes done for me is probably the one that got me banned. As advised by @Yoshiki i decided to stop the order and post this. I told him he couldve finished the order and refunded the 50m for the NEXT order or get unbanned and id pay the rest for the next job but he refused both. Since he obviously doesn't wanna get unbanned I don't expect any refund from this.
