Bought account from this guy one month ago here

Transaction went smooth and been playing ever since. Yesterday I go to log onto account and password doesnt work. I do a password recovery and it says it sent it. I go into a not often used email and find no email from riot. I do however find a password reset request done this previous Sunday that I never requested. I go back into game and do a forgot my user name (which you put in your email) nothing comes back.

Looks like he or one of his friends with previous access took account back using riot. Because I paid with credit card via paypal (gift) I cannot do a paypal chargeback. I can however do a chargeback via mastercard which will then take money from paypal and go back after him. I send him a email telling him that I will file a chargeback unless he returns the account. Of course he denies everything, calls me a scammer. When I explain that if I was going to scam him I would just have done a chargeback with Mastercard without even contacting him he stopped contact.

Obvious scammer. Looks like he scammed others as well because if you search for his email tony_nguyen90 (at) hotmail.com on google you find a bunch of weird posts on League Of Legends main forum selling account and saying he is a thief.
