Today I went on to Eldorado, I pretty much was falsely advertised joining and verifying my ID but I did, and I wanted to make the most of the $5 free so I ordered 40M from @Chicks 's gold store. I opted to pay with bitcoins, it told me to scan the QR code on my app which I did and followed through.

I then was told by the live chat that it can take upto an hour for all the confirmations and that the money will appear in my wallet.

An hour passes

I contact live chat again who asked me to confirm my email address which I did, then said there are no transactions from my email. @EldoradoGG could you please sort this out. Your live chat evidently don't know what's going on.

 

Now it's saying @Chicks is going to deliver my gold. this is after a long time of asking and no help from the livechat. ill update once delivered - this is not chicks's fault btw
