I'm willing to train any skill and do any quest you desire, as long as you provide the items required to do so.

Like if you want me to do 5000 alch's, you'll need to give me the nats, the fire staff, and the things to alch.

If you want me to level combat, you must provide decent armor and weapons. If you're p2p, at least full rune and a dragon scimmy. If f2p, at least full rune with a rune scimmy.
