"darkwingduc" scammed me for 8M + 6M supplies

Me and "darkwingduc" agreed upon me paying him 27m in increments for a skilling service, precisely:

1-75 Att
20-70 Range
1-70 Strength

I had left around 7m of supplies on the account.

Since we were paying in increments I initially paid him 3m. He later demanded 10m despite not gaining much experience and completing way under 3m's worth. His excuse was that he had completed some quests instead. I agreed to give him 5m and more after he reached 65 Strength and attack.

I also put an addtional 5m of supplies on the account to help him out with exp gains.

He has recently deleted me from skype and took everything from my bank. The job is no where near complete. If any additional screenshots are required, please let me know.

@Dr Brown Please provide me with the following:
1) A screenshot of his Skype ID (preferably side-to-side with the conversation)
2) Proof of the payment being given.
3) You giving him your log-in credentials (feel free to blur it out as it's sensitive, or make a reply post / delete it immediately after for staff-only view.

I've issued a DNT in the meantime as a precaution. @darkwingduc Can you provide some insight to the situation at hand?

 

He hasn't payed me for working on the account, i've gotten him around 40 attack and 53 strength from scratch he said he was going to pay me and never did.
