BSGPSeller suspicious attitude. (Possible attempt to steal my account)

When I purchased the upgrade, 1 day passed and my account got Locked. I asked him for the membership information because he didnt provide it right after the trade, when my account got locked and I asked him for the email, Zip code and Transaction ID. he gave me another email and some random ZIP code and he refused to give me the transaction ID because he said his upgrade "partner" had it. And then I decided to post that my account got locked in his vouch section (here) and when he saw I posted he randomly decided to give me all the 'correct' information, he gave me a different email, a different zip code and gave me a screenshot of the membership purchase with the transaction ID. The transaction ID he provided is correct but the email and the Zip code I dont know because everytime I try to appeal the lock it keeps saying denied even though its my original account and I am writting all correctly. He says that the lock might be because his email is easily tracked by Jagex and by this, he says that when the IP's changed jagex immediately suspected that we were doing RWT. I think he should specify this in his upgrade thread. Also once I started telling him about the lock of my account he magically locked his upgrade thread.

I still can't manage to appeal the lock. And when I ask him for help he just says he gave me the correct information. But how can I believe him? He said he gave me the correct information the first time.

I am not posting this to bann him completely, but maybe a temporal bann or a TWC would help..

Okay so I bought an upgrade from BSGPSeller 2 days ago. My Sythe username is "Sheidy". I paid him 10M for the upgrade and when I bought it, 1 day passed and my account got locked. When I bought the upgrade he didnt send me any of the membership information, and when it got locked and I asked him for the information he gave me the email which he paid and the ZIP code but not the transacation ID (At first he gave me some random email, but when I tried to unlock it and it kept saying denied, I started supposing that he gave me a fake email so I told him that I would post a bad vouch in his vouches thread, and when I did this, he gave me a different email, and the transaction ID, quite suspicious..). Ok but this is not the issue, after my account getting locked, he did upgrade my account to members. But when I posted the bad vouch on his vouches thread, my Sythe account got Temporally banned for 3 days (For Bann evading I think -- I was built on infraction, but didnt scam anyone.. I respect that thought) Well so when my account got Temp. Banned he refunded the money of the membership creating a debt on my account. And by the time locking it, althought it was already locked.. So infact, he has my 10M, and he refunded the membership money. And now after my Sythe account got banned he NEVER appears on msn.. I want an explanation of this: OR to him to pay for the membership again so as to clear the debt created on my account. I know that he refunded because I received an email from Jagex Billing Support:

Nick told me to post it here and that it would be moved to the appropiate section
