   Ok another person lost to me in a game of Tic Tac Toe, They did not pay. They were ment to pay 2m. You can see the guy just made the account, so incase he lost he wouldnt care if the account got banned, but please check his IP, so you can Bann all the account he got on sythe for Multi Account.
