[need help] New CSS clan [need admins]

I have just set up a new CSS clan

Regin of terror (no that wasn't a type)

And I need serious help with it..

I got the group page set up nicely with some members
and got me a forum (www.regin-of-terror.com) but still need a lot of work done and dont think I can do it myself..

1: The logo on the forums doesnt blend at all.. I need a logo bad
2: I have no admins.. nor people playing on my server. So I need some people that know what they are doing and will play on the server often.
3: I need to find a theme that will fit my phpBB forums, I cant find a good CSS one that will give me all the folders I need.
4: Need a way to get more people on the server..

well Im not going to be "waring"
so there is no need for a "team"
I'v been playing CS all up for 11 years now, over the seriousness of the game, since it is just a game, I wanted something that would just be relax and lay back, couldn't find a group like that so I made my own..

so really...

team = serious no lifers who only see the fun side when they are winning.

clan = since nothing is serious, its all fun.
