Wtf11 scammed me.

Briefly explain the trade: Quests for RSGP
How they scammed: I did his quests, he never paid me.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Several PM's from the user, Check my inbox if possible. Heres a few.

This is what happened. I have a quest service and wtf was one of my first customers. The first couple of quests i've done for him was free since my service was free for a while to gain trust. Then he asked me to do even more quests for him, so we agreed he'd have to pay me. I've done like 20 quests for the guy so payment was the only reasonable thing. We agreed on 10mil for me doing DT and all his subquests for it. I finished the quests then he kept making excuses and excuses about he cant pay me. Its been 3 weeks. Here are the convo screenies.

He barley gets on his msn for some reason. I always think he blocked me or something. The one screenie shows that he said he'll be home in 30min to pay me. I waited 2 hours and he logs off... Then one day he sent he a PM saying did i steal his bank to pay myself back what he owes... That really hurts me that he would accuse me of something like that. Then he told me it was some other dude that hacked him then i was thinking... So i went to his recent posts and see he's been looking for another quester. The first quester he went to scammed him, and he told me in MSN his account got locked because of him but i knew he was lieing when i saw he went to stakerlife's questing and paid him 10mil to do quests for him... That really REALLY pissed me off that he used the money he's suppose to pay me to pay staker to do more quests for him. That's when i learned that I'm done waiting. So i told him if i didn't get my money by Monday i will open up a scam report against him. I originally gave him until Sunday, but Sunday was Father's day so i knew he'd probably wouldn't be on that day. He said he'd get me the money in 2 days but i have yet heard from him. So time has gone so its time for me to open this report against him for scamming me.

I hope you guys do something about this because he made me wait 3 weeks for nothing, accused me for scamming, and spent the money he owes me to someone else. If you guys need any other proof i will be happy to oblige.
