Agony PMed me offering the name 2 days before the scam report was made and I talked to him on Skype about the name 1 day before the scam report.

I backed out of the deal because I realized the name was bound even though Agony insisted it wasn't. I can show Skype logs if necessary.

He also has the same interest in name buying/selling as okokk/ryanrox92:

If it's not enough proof for vading then let me know and I'll show Skype logs for TWC since he tried to sell me a bound name while insisting it wasn't bound.

 

Well, Agony didn't post or receive any vouch for the sale/transfer of "Prey", so all signs point to them being the users listed.
