Here is the jist of the story.
I used PA over a year ago and someone hacked the account. My computer was accessed by a hacker who stole my information and used my accounts to buy things. I believe the hacker was an old friend who had sent me numerous files in the past of runescape clips as I did the editing for him. My playerauctions account was used to buy gold funded from my debit card. I reported fraud with my bank as I should have when this happened and my account on PA was suspended for supposedly charging back. They sold gold to someone who didn't even use my IP address for my account. My computer had information stolen from it but was not accessed by the hacker via remote control.

I stopped using PA after this because of the account suspension and them wanting me to pay money I had stolen from me which is unfair.

I recently used PA to buy gold legitimately and within 10 minutes of making the order via my Paypal account I had been suspended on PA. I received no gold and have been scammed $222.83.

I currently just opened a dispute against them for not refunding my money and claiming that the seller has to respond to the email saying he did not deliver any gold. The seller was ''DDYCE'' who i'm sure Kevinfan001 or anyone else who trades on here/PA can confirm is an active seller on PA who is on daily. It has been more than a week and I have gotten nothing but the run around from PA customer support and no response to the email I sent to [email protected].

Below is my proof, and I also want to mention the amount I lost to PA was $155 when my account was hacked and now they've tried stealing $222.83. Even if I would be considered to owe them money, they stole an extra $60+ from me and this isn't fair regardless.

They've tried feeding me lies by telling me an active seller with bils to sell daily hasn't replied to an email. In order for the seller to have the transaction closed he needs to confirm delivery or confirm nothing was delivered within 24-48 hours and if not the transaction stays open. I once sold on PA for month so I know the whole process. They're speaking lies and I will explain further if a mod wishes to reach me.

 

We don't have any jurisdiction over playerauctions. There is a user here who uses that name but it is basically a PR account and doesn't partake in any trading. I've forwarded that report on to that user but beyond that there's not anything sythe staff can do about this situation
