Buying Membership doesnt work?!

Hello, I try to buy membership with Sofortüberweisung and I always get this message:



Please Help me.

 

What's Sofortüberweisung

 

sofort banking, German area banking payment system.

Does the money get taken off your bank OP? or does it not charge you at all?

 

Quick Google shows it's a banking website. Perhaps similar to PayPal?

All I know is that if I use my bank account without approving it through my bank (one-time processing) they lock my account for suspicious activity.

Apparently they get a lot of scams via the processor Jagex uses and don't allow it to go through.

Try contacting your bank.

seems to me that the Sofort banking at Jagex is fked up.
Try another payment method, if that doesn't work either it's your end.

 

Try buying bonds? and if you need too buy the rsgp too buy the bonds much cheaper route

 

Jagex also has their own fraud prevention tactics, are you trying to pay using a currency different than your countries own currency? Contact the email provided, they've told me the exact reason before
