I was a lifetime sponsor on OSBot along with my account that had quite a decent amount of scripts on it.

I was banned for helping @Champ resolve the @The Undefeated dispute against OSBot.



I really don't care at this point. @Maldesto can be responsible for refunding me every single script I have bought, as well as my sponsorship, or I will be going and charging back everything I have bought from OSBot.

I have broken no rules and lost all my paid scripts as well as my account for 0 reason.

I'm not accepting an unban of my account. I want a refund for all $ spent on OSBot.

You keep spamming/flaming osbot and giving us a bad name by using your sythe reputation to get all these children to follow your lead. You are a cancer to our community, I banned you and gave you a 7.99 refund which I told you which was a refund for ALL scripts purchased in the last 1 month.

 

From my understanding of previous situations, what people do offsite has no connection to Sythe as long as they aren't scamming which in this case Maldesto technically isn't.

I'm basing this off another situation where a gambling clan took on another member, took their gold, and then deranked them, if you agree to someone's offsite rules such as "I can kick/ban you at any time without any warning" then that can be done regardless of how much money you've spent.

However, I'll speak to an Admin/another Global and see if anything can actually be done.

 

Confirmed with an Admin - It is the same as if we were to ban people here, they wouldn't get a refund on their donation rank.

So unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about this situation, closed.
