Why you think they are ban evading: Scammed me previously on Clancy1991, I was scrolling on forums and came on a thread of an account for sale. He was "scammed" by OP and posted MSN convo pic. His MSN picture is the same person in the picture of the skype user I dealt with and had banned. Refer to thread: www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1469566 .

As you can see, it IS the same person(referring to tattoo on left pectoral; possibly same snapback, just turned around?)

 

It's not every day you get to ban someone because their msn/skype pictures were a close match
