AE detectory

I have recently found this mod that detects when someone logs onto there account and logs of then re-logs in on "another account". It checks for multi-acounter and will create a post in the Report a spammer ( or w/e u want ) section. It will also notify the admins if you want.

You can also get a proxy detectory which doesn't allow people to register using proxy.

I think Sythe already has this if I'm not much mistaken. Just because they don't choose to show you if they have the AE doesn't mean they don't have it. I would be very surprised if they don't already have this. The Proxy Detector is in beta, and has some bugs. I don't suggest using it.

 

smart ass, why do you think most people get away with scamming here then?... and i didn't just put this here for no reason. I was told that they couldn't catch a guy named pur3 5kiler's other accounts. With this you can.

 

No, they don't have this. This is why the mods/admins have to use the modcp to see if there are multiple logins or accounts.

There is no real, foolproof way of detecting a proxy.

 

Woah, do you know how many threads will be posted if there ever is an AE recorder? There's a significant amount of people who have multiple accounts. I don't think it's necessary.

 

So?..your point is?..That's like saying let's not have a report a scammer section. There are thousands of people posting threads about scammer. Just ignore it. We'll avoid it as much as we can.

Don't pass judgement on someones intelligence based on first impressions. It is NOT a good idea.

And generally speaking most times multi accounters are easy too pick up as they have vouches in their threads from 1-10 post accounts which they have made... In short, our current method is working.

 

No seriously i've seen him/her be stupid more then once.

E.g bootylover said " obama is a muslim"..etc.. i dun judge by first impression.
