Why does my girlfriend wait until she's alone to try and hang out with people?

So, my girlfriend of 2 and a half years.

Basically, she hangs out with me 24/7.


We've been together all of summer so far. Only 1 night where we didn't sleep together..


Now, there's been only 3 times so far this year that she hasn't been with me..


EVERY time, she will text me and be like "im gonna go hang out with so and so because they texted me and yea."

Usually it's guys. More specifically, one time, it was a guy she knows I don't like.
Why does she wait until I'm not around to try and hang out with people?

I'm down to hang out with them too, but it's suspicious how she will only bring them up when we're not together. She tries to hang out with them alone and says she needs "alone time". I say that alone time doesn't involve anyone but yourself, and she says "I need time alone with friends too." Which is fine, but it's always GUYS she tries to hang out with. They're guys that have tried to get with her before and tried to have sex with her, but she thinks they just wanna be friends...

Sounds like you have jealousy issues , which is natural.

She might not want to upset you face to face so just text's you , girls work in a weird way sometimes, In this situation I think its best you sit down and talk o her.

 

Either Something Is Wrong Man, Or She Just Needs " Alone Time" ,Sometimes it is not good being with the same person for more then a period of long times. just work it out man.

 

I think you should do what Nympho said, and sit down and talk with her.
Tell her you don't mind hanging out with them and see what she says.
She may also get tired of seeing you all the time and she could just want some space.
This would definitely fall into the trust category. You should actually try to invite one of her guy friends to hangout with just you, or you and your girlfriend, and she will see that you guys get along and
then you all could hangout together.

 

Just have a funny feeling that she is cheating, i know a girl pretty similar and she does the same and she actually was cheating most of the time. If you have any doubts be straight up and tell her you don't like the way she is going on about things

 

Yeah but she never talks about it. Her "bottom line" argument is that we spend too much time together and she needs alone time and alone time with friends.

Idk man. I wanna give her space, but every time I do, she goes off and tries to chill with some other guy.
