Is there a way to get usernames off of banned accounts?

I have a couple of rare names that I got banned with over 4 years ago.

I was once told that all accounts will be unbanned after 3 years, I appealed after 3 years and unsurprisingly my appeals where denied.

I have heard of guys running rare name discords that claim to be able to get the usernames released off of banned accounts by way of an undisclosed method. However, these same people ask for direct access to the account with the rare name. I'm too scared that I'll just get my name stolen.

I was just wondering if anybody on here has any idea how this could be done? What the process is, who I would contact, what I would say etc.

I'm not really sure you could try recovering method if it's old enough they tend to unban accounts after a while depending on what you did. I've had a few very old accounts get unbanned from earlier 2000s. That being said maybe a mass report on the name? Can someone take the username if it's been banned? maybe someone already sniped it.
