*.cfg files not found

Well hello there sytge Yesterday i bought a vps running centOS 5, But im now having trouble running my server. (Clean delta) i got the run.sh to work, contents are:

#!/bin/bash
java server &
read

Ive been trying to search google for it and no awnsers poped up exept that it may have something to do with the path because the directorys are diffrent tbh. If it is that can some one tell me how to change the path? (Checked tuts over internet to confusing for a newbie :love Any way thanks in advanced
